Whole-home time-of-use rate on your existing smart meter, open to any residential customer. On-peak is about 37¢/kWh, so it pays off when most of the home's use can move off-peak. If you'd rather keep the house on the regular rate, BGE's EV time-of-use option (Rider 6, through WeaveGrid) puts only the car's charging on time-of-use pricing, at about 16.6¢ off-peak.
