Cheaper overnight charging: EV Overnight Advantage

8.1¢/kWh, 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. every day. Checked 2026-10-04

Whole-home rate for EV owners (proof of ownership or lease); no separate meter. Outside the overnight window you pay about 14.3¢, close to the standard rate, so there's little downside. It's a pilot that takes new customers until it reaches 20,000 participants or the end of 2027. If you leave a time-of-use rate, you can't rejoin one for 12 months.
