Whole-home rate for EV owners (proof of ownership or lease); no separate meter. Outside the overnight window you pay about 16.6¢, close to the standard rate. It's a pilot that takes new customers until it reaches 20,000 participants or the end of 2027. If you leave a time-of-use rate, you can't rejoin one for 12 months.
