Whole-home time-of-use plan for households with a registered EV or plug-in hybrid; no separate meter needed. Peak (4-9 p.m. daily) is about 54¢ in summer and 41¢ in winter, and part-peak (3-4 p.m. and 9 p.m. to midnight) about 43¢ and 39¢, so it pays off when most charging and other big uses happen after midnight. A daily Base Services Charge applies on every plan.
