Whole-home plan for EV owners (you show your California DMV registration); no separate meter. Charging in the super off-peak hours is very cheap, but on-peak (4-9 p.m. daily) is about 80¢ in summer and 52¢ in winter, so it suits homes that can keep big uses out of the evening. Base Services Charge is about $24 a month (less for CARE and FERA customers).
